Founded in the beginning of the 1990's, Barré SA experiences fast growth. Based at the heart of Europe, a few kilometers from Brussels, it has become a reference in Clean Piping, Air Processing & HVAC and manufacturing of special pieces, equipments and machines made of stainless steel. Barré provides high technology in the fields of biopharma, biotech, life sciences et high purity industries in general.
Our company is specialized in FDA-level production facilities and offers its expertise in mechanics, electricty, hydraulics and automation.

Barré started in a small workshop in Court-Saint-Etienne (Walloon Brabant, Belgium)
2000
Development with Lilly and patent for Hypnos, the anaesthesia table for rodents
2012
Signing of the first Master Service Agreements with the main clients. Growth of the business.
2013
The company moves to its new building in the Wavre Nord zoning
2015
Renewal of the Master Service Agreements with the main Biopharma clients
2016
A new Engineering Management is set up. Dedicated department for Air Treatment and HVAC
2019
Javier Martinez acquires Barré SA, to continue its development.
2020
The new Director of Barré SA are elected at the Board of BioWin, the Life Sciences Cluster of Wallonia. Barré also becomes a member of the Brussels South Charleroi BioPark, to get closer to its Biotech and CDMO clients
2021
Barré SA, as well as its operations teams, are granted the VCA** certification standard. This achievement validates the security standards taken by the company on its daily operations.
