A team of certified welders

Barré works with a team of certified welders in accordance with ISO 14732 and ISO 9606-1 standards. All our welding operations are carried out using QMOS certified by an accredited certification body in accordance with the ISO 15614-1 standard.

Our staff has the expertise for manual and orbital welding of clean pipes thanks to our ultra-modern equipment, including portable and fixed orbital welding machines with open and closed heads.

We also cover the complementary fields of welding: machining, laser cutting, electro erosion, peek coating, electropolishing, passivation.

Our quality system guarantees 100% traceability of our equipment and products. Our technical files systematically include these elements:

  • Material certificates
  • Passivation report
  • Roughness certificate
  • Non-destructive testing (hydraulic test, radiography, boroscopy)
  • Welder's certificate of qualification
  • WPS (Welding procedure specification)
  • WPQR (Welding procedure qualification record)
  • Welding book, listing each weld and locating it on the installation
  • Project specific weld inspection results in compliance with customer and legal requirements
