Our Quality System based on ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is frequently audited and validated by our main customers. Our technical documentation meets all the requirements for traceability and quality guarantee of the work.

Aiming for excellence

Our staff is constantly trained and certified for their various tasks, whether on the quality level for orbital welding, or on the safety level for work at heights or in confined spaces. Our team is VCA certified.

Barré's day-to-day management is based on Lean Management and 5S principles.

A service with high standards

Certifications, production monitoring, quality controls, systematic tests, controlled and calibrated measuring equipment guarantee the reliability of our services. Barré's machinery also follows a rigorous maintenance programme. Our quality management system is based on the requirements of the ISO standard. All our activities are divided and described in procedures specifying the operational provisions relating to quality.

Equipment always at the cutting edge

To meet its customers' expectations, Barré constantly uses the latest methodologies and equipment to develop new projects. Our experts keep an active watch on technological innovations.

We follow the EN13480, ASME BPE, GMP, WHO, PED standards and we provide CE certificates, Low Voltage Directive and Machinery Directive.

Total traceability of equipment

Barré SA guarantees the origin and quality of its supplies thanks to the implementation of an adapted management system. The material is controlled on entry, identified in a sustainable way and stored in an identified environment. Our quality system thus guarantees the total traceability of our equipment and products.

The documents related to production are provided on delivery of the parts and all means are implemented so that material and certificate are inseparably traced until delivery. Our technical files include material 3.1 certificates, welding specifications, passivation reports, roughness certificates and non-destructive testing (hydraulic tests, X-ray and boroscopy). We adapt our documents to the needs and requirements of our clients.

Certified teams

As part of a continuous improvement process, our teams are continuously trained to meet our customers' expectations and to adapt to the changing standards we respect. All of our operational employees are VCA type A certified (Safety Rules).

Barré thus works with a team of welders (orbital and manual process) certified in accordance with ISO 14732 and ISO 9606-1 standards. Their welding operations are carried out using WPQR certified by an approved body in accordance with the ISO 15614-1 standard.

Our fitters are all experts trained to accurately assemble the most demanding assemblies in terms of quality requirements.

In addition, strong and qualified partners allow us to have no limits in our designs. We develop with them the tools necessary for production and call on them for situations that require additional expertise or specific accreditation.

Barré also has a young, dynamic and efficient project management team. You can also call upon us to manage a project carried out by a team independent of our services. We will then ensure the quality plan, the coordination of activities, the traceability of exchanges, the proactive follow-up of the schedule and budget up to delivery.
